Pilates Mat exercises are infused in cardio drills in alignment with high-intensity interval training while providing inspirational meaning to the movement being created in class. This class will highlight drills that focus on core strength, posture alignment, spinal articulation and circular motion designed to gain freedom of movement. Depending on the instructor’s training, additional movement drills may be infused. Modifications are given so introductory students can begin their mobility journey.
